Jarryd Richardson Selected To Face Australia


Bermuda’s Jarryd Richardson has been selected to the Independent Schools Football Association [ISFA] Under 16 team that will face Australia Schools on Sunday, January 13 at Clifton College.

In their last outing Richardson and his ISFA Under 16 teammates took on Sheffield United and despite retaining possession well, it was Sheffield United who took a 1 – 0 lead in the first half.

In the 2nd half, it was ISFA who controlled the game and had the chances to draw level and take the lead, but they came up empty on the day.

The ISFA coaching staff, following the game, offered the opinion: “Composed in possession and aggressive, it really was an impressive first performance together and bodes well for the season ahead.”
