City to launch probe into alleged NYCHA sex parties at Bronx development

In a terse statement released Thursday, Peters said, “DOI is opening an investigation into possible employee misconduct in the New York City Housing Authority’s (NYCHA) Throggs Neck development after further reviewing the allegations, including two complaints it received this summer about improper behavior by staff at the Throggs Neck development. This investigation will build on the internal investigation conducted by NYCHA. As this is an ongoing investigation, DOI will not comment further at this time.”
